Shipping/Handling Policy

Ready to Ship Units comes Fully Customized and Ready to wear. Ready to ship orders will ship out within 1-2 business days. Once orders are complete Standard shipping usually takes about 2 - 4 business days for your purchase/s to arrive to you.

Pre-Order Units typically take 5 - 7 business days to be completed. Like our Ready to ship units these units also come fully customized. Once orders are complete Standard shipping usually takes about 2 - 4 business days for your purchase/s to arrive to you. Wig Units/Products will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. You should receive a tracking number within 2 days of your item/s shipping. 

Once a package is in the custody of the post office, customers must contact the United States Postal Service Office for further information.

Refund/Return Policy

Our wig units are carefully crafted and packaged to limit the chance of an error occurring, therefore we carry a very strict NO REFUND policy on all wholesale wig units.

In regard to returns, an online “contact” form must be filled out to request a return with photos of the damaged unit attached. The request for a return will be observed, and if approved the costumer must ship back the wig item that was requested to be returned. Once the requested return wig unit is received the costumer will receive an Xtended Co. Virtual Gift Card or COUPON CODE with the full re-reimbursement amount of the original unit on it. 

Restrictions: The only time returns are approved are if the wig unit has manufacturing damage that was at no fault of the costumer. Returns are only eligible for an Xtended Co. Virtual Gift Card that can be used to purchase any item on Xtended Co.’s Website. WIG UNITS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR INSTALLED ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN!!

Shymirra G.(owner) reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.
